1. Why do we collect personal information and what kind of information do we collect?

Concluding and Fulfilling the Agreement: When you purchase one of our products, we register your name, telephone number, payment information, what kind of product or service you purchased and when you purchased it, and any shipping information. Processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you under the Agreement. Some service centers also require your personal information in order to accept the repair or perform it yourself. In this case, we will provide the necessary personal data to the service center.
The purpose of data registration is to fulfill and manage the agreement entered into with you and to track sales within our organization. The basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfillment of the agreement concluded with you. When we process this personal information for the purpose of creating a customer profile for you, providing you with targeted marketing, and being able to meet our needs to manage sales appropriately.
